Delivery areas include Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Southport, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Helensvale, Coomera, Palm Beach and Coolangatta. Include the suburb and requested date in your first message so Nobu can confirm the delivery arrangements for your order. Listing a suburb does not promise an immediate delivery slot or a particular arrival time. Your booking is arranged personally, so confirm the practical details before relying on a surprise delivery or organising the rest of a celebration.
Cupcake delivery prices
The delivery charge is $10, separate from the cupcakes. Classic options are the Box of Four at $50, Seven Bouquet at $85 and Twelve Bouquet at $135. With delivery, those classic gift totals are $60, $95 and $145 respectively. Matcha is priced separately at $70, $120 and $195 before delivery. Choose the arrangement first, then discuss colours, date and delivery details. For matcha, message Nobu before proceeding so the order can be tailored.
Collection by arrangement
If you would prefer to deliver the gift in person, collection is available by arrangement. This can be a useful choice when you are already visiting the recipient or bringing cupcakes to a celebration. Nobu's Sweets is a home studio, not a walk-in shop with a published street address. Arrange collection directly when booking. Confirm the date and collection details in your conversation, rather than arriving without an appointment or assuming that a bouquet is ready to purchase.
Confirm the date and deposit
Book 1 to 2 weeks ahead when possible because weekly order spaces are limited. Tell Nobu your date, selected bouquet, colours and delivery suburb. Once availability and the order are confirmed, a 50% deposit secures the booking. PayID and bank transfer are available; ask for the payment details in your conversation. The site lists the remaining 50% as due at collection. For a delivered order, confirm how the final payment should be arranged directly with Nobu.
Make the gift personal
A custom palette can connect a bouquet to a birthday, favourite colours or a particular celebration without needing an identical design to a gallery photo. Each cupcake is handmade, and slight variations are part of the result. Browse the gallery for ideas, then explain the overall look you want. Check the ingredients and allergens before sending food as a gift, especially if you are ordering for someone else.
